Les served his time in a Land Rover dealership for 11 years before establishing Les Potts 4 Wheel Drive in April 1997.
Over the years, the team have picked up many accolades for their work. With a most notably high point in 1995, Les became the national winner of the inaugural Land Rover Autocourse, which focused on new technology developments across the product range.
With continual investment in new technology and tools, Les has lead the team to top results. Accolades include, the national winner of the Thomas Adams Award in 2002 for best IMI National Technical Student. and is now an Associate Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
Les believes that it is of the greatest importance that he has a dedicated and well-trained team, who are the best in the business – And now they have earned the national awards to prove it!

We are proud to announce that all key staff have completed a 2 Day LR533 - Evoque Introduction course at the Land Rover Technical Academy 1 Bird Road, Leamington, Warwickshire, CV34 6TB. This exciting new vehicle introduces a variety of new technologies never seen before on the Range Rover brand. Over the two day period the focus was on these new technologies and highlighted changes and updates to the existing systems.
The outstanding 211PS 3.0 LR-TDV6 diesel remains the entry level choice for Discovery 4 customers in European markets conforming to EU5 emissions regulations. For 2012, the engine has been further improved with a reduction in CO2 emissions from 244g/km to 224g/km thanks to a low-flow fuel injection system and a new, highly efficient, ZF 8HP70, 8-speed automatic transmission. 
The 2012 Range Rover consolidates its position as the world's most luxurious SUV with a host of style changes and feature upgrades, including new option packs for the Vogue and Autobiography models.
Jaguar Land Rover displayed its global product leadership and brand strength by winning two of the most important media awards, fromAutoweek, at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, one for each brand, Jaguar and Land Rover.
