All our technicians have unique access to Land Rover Excellence which provides an extensive skills and development curriculum and enables them to see their training progress at a glance. It provides online e learning on the latest model year advancements and all new Land Rover vehicles. Excellence allows Les Potts 4 Wheel Drive to easily develop structured training plans for individual team members and to assess the results within its sophisticated and easy to use interface.

We are proud to announce that all key staff have completed a 2 Day LR533 - Evoque Introduction course at the Land Rover Technical Academy 1 Bird Road, Leamington, Warwickshire, CV34 6TB. This exciting new vehicle introduces a variety of new technologies never seen before on the Range Rover brand. Over the two day period the focus was on these new technologies and highlighted changes and updates to the existing systems.
The outstanding 211PS 3.0 LR-TDV6 diesel remains the entry level choice for Discovery 4 customers in European markets conforming to EU5 emissions regulations. For 2012, the engine has been further improved with a reduction in CO2 emissions from 244g/km to 224g/km thanks to a low-flow fuel injection system and a new, highly efficient, ZF 8HP70, 8-speed automatic transmission. 
The 2012 Range Rover consolidates its position as the world's most luxurious SUV with a host of style changes and feature upgrades, including new option packs for the Vogue and Autobiography models.
